ABIA STATE GOVERNOR ALEX OTTI'S CONDOLENCE VISIT TO SLAIN LABOUR Paty CHIEFTAIN'S FAMILY

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, paid a heartfelt visit to the grieving family of the late Labour Party chieftain, Mr. Maduka Zachery, who tragically lost his life to gunmen in Umuchioke-Ezieke, Akpukpa, Uturu, Isuikwuato Local Government Area of the State.


During his visit to the deceased's residence, Governor Otti expressed deep sorrow over this unfortunate incident and offered his condolences to the grieving family. He emphasized that Mr. Zachery was a dedicated party member, and his loss is not only a personal tragedy but also a significant loss to the Labour Party and the entire state.

Governor Otti pledged that those responsible for this heinous crime would face justice, directing the state's security forces to spare no effort in identifying and apprehending the culprits.

While acknowledging that nothing can reverse the tragic events, the governor prayed for divine solace for the immediate family, the Labour Party community, and the entire state.

Governor Otti was joined on this visit by Commissioner for Information and Culture, Prince Okey Kanu, as well as Barrister Ikechukwu Uwanna, the Justice counterpart. Eze Nelson Nmerengwa, the second Deputy Chairman of the Abia State Council of Traditional Rulers, and other high-ranking government officials also accompanied him.
