Nollywood film producer Adanma Luke has courageously opened up about her feelings of responsibility following the tragic boat mishap in Anambra State, which claimed the lives of Junior Pope and others mid this week. In a heartfelt statement, Luke expressed deep remorse and introspection, acknowledging that she blames herself for the decision to shoot the movie in Asaba instead of Lagos.


Reflecting on the events leading up to the tragedy, Luke revealed her regret over the choice of location, lamenting, "I blame myself for coming down to Asaba to shoot the movie." She candidly admitted that had she opted to film in Lagos, she would likely have been on that same ill-fated boat. However, fate intervened, sparing her from the dire consequences of the mishap.
