The roads of Aba and Umuahia, formerly destroyed by neglect, now vibrate with the vigour of a revitalised network, considerably improving residents' daily life.

Otti's impact extends beyond physical reconstruction. He bravely tackled wage and pension arrears, relieving the difficulties of hardworking civil officials and pensioners. His unwavering attention on security freed the state from the chains of rampant crime, compelling wrongdoers to reconsider their conduct. Positive developments in Lokpanta, Abia North, and the noteworthy efforts of Operation Crush indicate a remarkable reduction in crimes and kidnappings, as well as the abolition of nuisances such as touting at bus stops and vehicle parks.

As Otti explores additional approaches to bring people-centered leadership to Abians who have endured 24 years of challenging governance; opposition factions, typically comprised of people with questionable backgrounds, attempted to smear Otti's vision.
